Called a waiter over and he did was not very friendly. Music was way to loud for a restaurant. Food was amazing! But service and music level let the place down. Would visit again. Beautiful setting, views and interior at Madera - they have done a great job! The service was also fantastic but the food is unfortunately a let down. I think next time I will visit the Nest upstairs just for a drink instead because like I said, the view and settings are lovely, as are the staff.

Good location and lovely place to see the sun set--which we did. We had a late Brunch. Food was tasty but. We had the Fajita plates which were good but not too different from similar offerings.. The Cocktails were very good and well worth a visit with a "substantial" meal and the view. Very cute space with lots of plants. Expensive for Mexican food. Maybe just me, but do sit down restaurants really need DJs playing music at decibels?

I'm not a fan of having to yell in order to have a conversation with the people at my table. Really nice decor on the 15th floor service on point , good food and good ambiance. Perfect for a date or a group. Nathaniel was our server and was so great and treated us very well.

Found hair in the food which ruined our appetite to finish our meal. The restaurant discounted the cost of the dishes served and assured us they will investigate the matter further. Requested a romantic table as it was our anniversary but the table was not good and by the window as expected.

Really disappointed with Madera. The interiors were lovely, but the music was a bit questionable and incredibly loud at times. Disappointed as I had heard good things but the food could be improved massively. The food is much smaller than one would expect and the tequila prawns basically arrive on a pizza.

Completely surprised me! Views incredible. Overvalued for pizza and tacos are tiny! Came here for my birthday: new covid rules have been put in place. The staff were lovely and accommodating. Not an ideal experience - arrived with a booking and was seated in the very corner of the bar, behind a pillar in front of the section where all the condiments were kept for the waiters to grab and give to customers i.

A different member of staff was surprised to see me sat there, she quizzed me as to whether I had a booking and then asked if that was where the other staff had seated me perhaps it would have been more appropriate to ask your colleague who seated me? Food underwhelming and stodgy. Cocktail was messy and arrived dripping all over the table.

Not enjoyable for the price. The views are truly stunning though! Great food and service. Totally worth it! Already recommended it to friends! Food was inedible.

At some point we had to send the salad back not because it was not tasty but because it was so salty that it was a torture to eat. Luckily the waiter took it off the bill. My friend could jot finished any of her 4 meals. This is a shame as music was great and the atmosphere was really lovely. The chef should be fired! Very beautiful place, but it's too loudy for a dinner and absolutely overpriced.

Good food with a great view of London. I'd go back again for a birthday dinner. Wow - amazing views and surroundings. Staff were great too. Really fantastic food, location and atmosphere.
