The managers were not easy to get along with at all. Pros Hour lunch. Cons Terrible managers. Fun place to work with the right coworkers. Just like every company is different, every store is different. The outcomes depend on the people you work with. As long as there's good people working with you, you'll be fine. It is a good place to start if you're into sales. It is a good entry into the workforce it was my first job but overall that's it. I was able to keep my customers and when returning to the store they always looked for me to assist them.

I was able to work in every department in the store. Learned about all the merchandise so when a customer was looking for a particular item, I was able to assist them. Pros Customer service, arranging merchandise, mark downs, prepare for sales. Cons Things that didn't pertain to selling merchandise, promotional items that didn;t please the customer in asking. I really did loved working at Palais Royal and working with such great people who I miss so much but I had to move on cause at the time the pay wasn't all that good.
