I once again asked the same question and explained that I would not come to visit until the question was answered. I even told them that I was very interested but needed the question answered.

Otherwise nice sales people but their hands are tied. Never contacted me and when I contacted them, they didn't even try to fix small things on the truck and I was paying cash. The guy said that he would check and see if the things could be fixed and never called me back. I would never go to them again for a car. AutoNation has been great. Their customer service has been exceptional and I leave purchasing a vehicle at a good price, with the AutoNation support if needed behind me. I made the comment several times during the process that this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had.
