For comparison - how do these compare to the National Series seeing as logic would dictate that State Series should be a step towards competing at National level - therefore no one should be disadvantaged by finding catagories suddenly change or disappear between the two levels of competition. How does the VIC series compare to other states I know this is off-topic to the thread title, but interesting to see how the states are working together in this regard.

How did you go at the Yowie? I'm 31, raced the 66km in 3hr 40min. Pretty unfit at the moment and used the Yowie as a bit of a motivator to start doing more riding.
