Field instructors are engaged regularly as well, through telephone contact, site visits, evaluation through a comprehensive SoCalEx supervisor data base, evaluation at regular SoCalEx meetings, visits on campus for extern recruitment, and visits on campus for recognition for outstanding supervision and participation.
