Do not use any products on the skin for the first 24 hours after the appointment. After the first 24 hours, you may use spray tan friendly products to cleanse and moisturize with. August 23rd Best customer service in any industry! These folks know how to make you feel like you matter Love that you open promptly at 7 am so I can tan before work. There are no sunless packages like there are tanning packages.

I'd prefer to pay cash for months but that's not allowed. I'm not sure why. I think if I'm willing to pay for 6 months at a time, that a discount of some kind should be allowed. So, I had to put my credit card down and have it charged for two months. I feel like there are better practices you can implement for your customers that grow your bottom line. The attendant discussing the packages refused to call her regional as an attempt to get my questions answered. August 10th Staff is always positive and helpful.

The last time I filled out a survey I had one complaint and that was about arriving to tan, being asked to wait which really I don't have a problem with a bit of a wait and then waiting mins while people that came in after me were helped.

I have noticed significant change for the positive when it comes to this. I was helped by Cara the other day, who helped two people in front of me, one of which needed the bed the were using cleaned so she ran and did that before helping next person. Then my turn, she cleaned my bed before helping people behind me. This seems like the fair way of doing it and much better for customer satisfaction. June 26th My experience has always been above average at the salon.

On Sunday on my visit I had requested the stand up bed. One I got in the bed I noticed that there were 7 bulbs out in this unit. At this point I was not going to change. Once completed I mentioned to the associate and I was told " yes we know, they will be changed tomorrow". If not I should be told up front to give me the option to chose another bed. It all stems from how hard everyone works there. One employee imparticular stands out though, I think her name is Abby. She's so genuine with me. June 6th I have seen little flexibility regarding management decision making. My free spray tan I earned was going to expire, I asked for an extension, and it was flat out denied.

My husband also earned a free spray tan for becoming a member. He told them he would not use it and could his wife use it instead. Again, flat out denial. I feel that these 2 situations would have warranted a little flexibility and customer experience investment.

May 12th Your staff are so lovely, friendly and efficient at check in. My only compliant would be that there seems to be a huge push to take care of people coming in. I have sat there recently, on several occasions, waiting on a bed that had someone in it for minutes when I checked in but it takes mins to get it cleaned I understand the concept but do think the person who is waiting on bed should take priority over people arriving post.

I think this mainly happens with the newer gals, people that have been working there longer will very politely greet the person waiting but then go and clean the bed. Love the employees! May 6th I have been tanning here for two years. I have had nothing but positive experiences until I asked to freeze my account. Not only did the consultant not freeze my account, she was extremely rude and insisted I shouldn't freeze.

The manager at this location is aware of the situation, but I am still very disappointed that one employee has ruined my overall experience here. May 1st I love the PBT location that I go to. The guys and gals treat me like a king. Se tres tres bon! Very clean and organized. Everyone is very friendly. Everything was clean, they got me right in, super nice! Awesome tanning salon! Super friendly employees who know you by name. The facility is always sparkling clean! My favorite tanning salon in all of San Antonio.

April 26th This is my most relaxing time of my day - I love going to tan, usually on my lunch hour; I'm treated nicely, everyone seems to know my name and I love the way that Josh manages the facility; really down to earth and very knowledgable on products and specials.

Excellent staff. Excellent facility. February 16th Your lotions are ridiculously expensive. Even as a Diamond member, that percentage off I get helps a little but not much. Turns out that it's less expensive to buy the lotion at the gym I work out at and they do carry almost, not all of the same products.

I love Palm Beach Tan, I've always had great service from the staff who works there, hence the reason why I keep my account open and still buy my lotions there, but gosh it's ridiculous how much I spend on lotion, muchless the monthly membership fee. I love everyone at PBT but u need more Diamond beds. I'm tired of waiting because you only have 2. I visited the huebner oaks location in San Antonio and found the girl at the counter to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable last night.
