On Thursday, May 13th, all incoming first-year commuter students received an email regarding the Commuter Student Success Pathways. Please ensure you have read the entire email, watch the video and complete the survey.

The sooner you complete the survey, the sooner we are able to place you in a pathway that sets you up for a successful first semester! Commuter Life aims to support and engage students living at home and commuting to campus through workshops, peer mentoring programs, and other support services to foster student success and a positive connection to the San Diego State University community.

Through A4CI, a 4-year extracurricular model, you will get involved in programs focused on leadership, service-learning, and mentoring. Each year, A4CI will guide you through deeper levels of involvement and leadership opportunities. Commuter students will graduate with a rich and meaningful experience that will encourage their academic success and connection to the SDSU campus and community.

When your permit expires or you cancel it, return to logging your alternate commute days on your Triton Commuter Club account to continue earning rewards. Undergraduate participants are not eligible for discount parking; however, undergraduates are eligible for other incentives AND the bonus drawing for undergraduate remote learners. To be eligible for the quarterly grand prize drawing, you must be a current Triton Commuter Club member at the end of the quarter. Grand prizes, or the combined value of multiple prizes, may be taxable.

Winners are individually responsible for any taxes associated with their winnings. Log on to the Triton Commuter Club Portal ; you will be redirected to ucsd.
